LBOARD uses location tracking services on your phone to send updates on your load to your freight broker, so that you don't have to contact them every time you've arrived at or left the facility.
Normally, our stop updates to your agent (freight broker) are automatic. But sometimes the app can't detect whether or not you have completed your stop already. In that case, if you're done with your pickup/dropoff, go to 'My loads' tab → open load details → press 'Complete Pickup/Dropoff':
After you've pressed 'Complete pickup/dropoff', your freight broker will be notified automatically.

How do stop updates work?
How do stop updates work?
LBOARD tracks your location and the system automatically detects whether you've arrived at or left the facility, using the direction of your movement. It is made for both your & your broker's comfort, to avoid unnecessary calls.
I've just arrived at facility / waiting for door, but it says 'Pickup/Dropoff completed' on my load. What do I do?
I've just arrived at facility / waiting for door, but it says 'Pickup/Dropoff completed' on my load. What do I do?
Sometimes the system mistakenly takes your movement across facility for stop completion. For example, you may have only arrived at shipper, but it says 'Completed pickup' on your load. If that happens, please contact your freight broker directly & tell them about the issue (or go to 'More' tab → click 'Contact support', and we will help you).
We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes! Our team is working on improving this in the future.
I've already completed pickup/delivery, but the app won't let me confirm it
I've already completed pickup/delivery, but the app won't let me confirm it
Currently, stop updates in LBOARD cannot be submitted earlier than 6 hours prior to appointment time. If you have completed pickup/delivery earlier than planned, please wait until the set appointment date/time and press 'Complete pickup/dropoff' in load details. You can also ask your freight broker to complete the tracking for you - that way the tracking on your load will be disabled & the delivery will be marked as completed.
We are working on improving this in the future to make the LBOARD experience as pleasant as possible for all our users. ☘️
I'm late to shipper/receiver, what do I do?
I'm late to shipper/receiver, what do I do?
If you are going to be late to your facility, no need to call or text your broker - you can just submit an update on your ETA in the LBOARD app. To do that, go to 'My loads' tab → open load details → press 'Report late to next stop'. Then the update will be sent to your freight broker automatically.
If this didn't answer your question, please contact the Support team ('More' tab → 'Contact support'). We'll be happy to help you!
