To activate the tracking for you load, please follow the steps below

Click on the link from SMS that you received when the load was assigned to you. LBOARD application will open automatically. LBOARD application will open automatically if you have it installed on your phone. If not you will be forwarded to Play Store or App Store Lboard installation page. ​

Grant permission to access your precise location “While using the app”. Make sure to click on Precise location icon.

Change location access permission to “Always allow” in the Settings.
