If you have a load and need to contact your freight broker:
Go to My loads tab.
Tap on your current load.
Scroll down to find Freight broker contacts.
Your broker's email & phone number will be listed there.
For loads on the load board:
Go to Search tab.
Tap on the load you're interested in.
Scroll down to find Freight broker contacts.
