The most common reason for location updates absence is the inability of the LBOARD to use location services on your device. To check, if the setting is turned on, please use guides below:

If location services for LBOARD are "ON", please close, and reopen LBOARD on your device. In some cases, your phone may limit location access on its own without showing it in the settings.


Some devices may also restrict location services, when the phone is in the battery saving mode, so a good thing to try is to disable any device modes that may interfere with location sharing.
