How to prioritize load results by selecting Preferred regions

If you’re now seeing loads that don’t fit your preferred areas, it’s likely because Preferred Regions haven’t been set up yet. If no regions are selected, LBOARD will display all available loads and reloads, without grouping them into preferred or non-preferred regions.

Let us help you set up your Preferred Regions so you’ll see loads and reloads that match your routes and preferences first in the result list.

How to select Preferred regions

You can open the Preferred Regions screen in several ways, depending on where you are in the app:

  1. From the main menu:
Go to More tab in the menu→ Settings & Preferences → Load Search Preferences → Preferred Regions

    2. From the Search screen:

Go to Search tab in the menu → tap Origin or Destination → Your route screen → Preferred Regions

3. From the Reload options screen:
Go to Reload options screen → Filters → Preferred Regions

Once you reach the Preferred Regions screen, you can view and adjust your preferred hauling areas to match where you want to search for loads, after you configure your preferred regions you need to select and apply you changes.

You can select:

  • Entire regions,

  • Individual states within different regions or one region,

  • Or a combination of both.

What load search results look like with selected Preferred regions

Load search results are shown in a prioritized list — so you see what matters most first.
Loads from your preferred regions will always be shown first, and you’ll still be able to see all other available loads from outside those regions below.

What reload suggestions results look like with selected Preferred regions

For Reload Suggestions, the same logic applies: reloads in preferred regions will be displayed first, and other reload options outside the preferred regions will appear right after. This way, you can quickly focus on the most relevant loads without scrolling through everything.
