Q: I can’t seem to find the “Place bid” option on any loads. What do I do?

A: This indicates that your company admin has deactivated this setting for your account. Please contact them directly to request a change, or have them reach out to LBOARD support (support@lboard.app) if assistance is required.



Q: I have a question about the available load. Where can I find the contact information of the agent, who posted it?

A: You can find agent contacts in the load details, as displayed on the screenshot below.




Q: How soon am I expected to receive a response on my bid?

A: The lifetime of a bid is usually a matter of minutes. In case of any delays, feel free to contact the agent who posted the load using their contact information available in the 'Agent Contacts' section of the load posting.



Q: Is there a rating system for agents, and how does it work?

A: When you finish a load, you'll have the opportunity to rate the agent you collaborated with. These ratings will be will be visible for the loads they post.



Q: When does the Shipment tracking start?

A: Load tracking is automatically initiated after the agent accepts the bid, and creates the Shipment on their end. You will be notified about the load tracking request via LBOARD notification.
