You can decide how often you want to get reload notifications – and adjust it for each load separately. If you turn alerts on for a load but don't choose how often to get them, you'll get notified every hour by default.
If you want to change how often you receive reload notifications for a load, there are two ways to do it:
1. From Load details
Go to My Loads tab.
Tap on the load you want to manage.
Tap the notification icon

Turn reload notifications On
if they aren’t already.Tap Notification frequency.
Choose how often you want to get alerts (you’ll see options like Realtime, 1 hour, 2 hours, and so on).
📌 Realtime means you'll get reload notifications as often as every minute.
Tap Apply and close the banner to save your changes.
2. On Reload options list
On your load, scroll down to find the See all reload options button. Tap on it.
