Turn on reload notifications for a specific load
If you want reload notifications for the load you're currently on, you can turn them on in any of these places:
1. In Load details
Go to My Loads tab.
Tap on the load you want to get reload notifications for.
Tap the notification icon

On the pop-up window, switch the toggle on & close the banner.
2. On Reload options list
On your load, scroll down to find the See all reload options button. Tap on it.
Tap the notification icon

On the pop-up window, switch the toggle on & close the banner.
Turn on reload notifications for all new loads
Want reload notifications to turn on automatically for every new load you get?
You can set that up in your notification settings:
Go to More > Settings & Preferences > Notifications.
On Reload notifications as default, switch the toggle on.
Tap Save.
📌 Note: this will only apply to your future loads. If you want to turn on reload notifications for current loads as well, you'll need to do that separately. Here's how you can do that.
How do I check if they are turned on?
You can tell by looking at the notification icon on My Loads tab, in Load details, or on Reload options list:
– reload notifications are on
– reload notifications are off
No icon? Reload notifications aren't available for this load.
Can I turn them off if I want?
Yes, you can turn them off anytime.
