What are reload notifications?
These are notifications from LBOARD with fresh reload options for your loads – whether they’re currently on the road, coming up soon, or just delivered. They're based on your preferences, and show up as push notifications and in-app alerts.
You get to choose how often you receive them and set quiet hours so you're never disturbed when you don't want to be.
Who can get them?
Everyone with access to the load board can get reload notifications, except for dispatchers and managers. If you're a dispatcher or manager and want to start getting them, please reach out to us at support@lboard.app or via the in-app Support chat.
How do I turn them on?
🔕 By default, reload notifications are turned off, but you can turn them on anytime.
You can turn on reload notifications for a specific load, or set up defaults so they're automatically on for all your future loads. 👉 Follow this guide to learn how.
How often will I get reload notifications?
You can choose how often you get alerts – real-time (every minute), hourly, or every few hours. You'll get reload notifications with fresh, available options based on how often you've chosen to receive them.

How long will I get them for?
You'll get reload notifications while you're on the load and for 30 minutes after it's been delivered. After that, they'll stop automatically. You can choose to keep getting them for up to 24 hours after delivery.
