Broker isn't getting location updates

If your broker has no location updates from your load, it’s usually because LBOARD can’t access your device’s location. To check if the location setting is turned on for LBOARD, use the guides below:


If location is already allowed for LBOARD, close the app and open it again. Sometimes phones limit location access even if it looks like it’s allowed.​​

Battery saver mode can block location sharing — try turning it off.
